2018/11/30 Accomplished Talent Cultivation for Intelligent Manufacturing Project 2018, and subsidized by Industrial Development Bureau

To expand the way of recruiting professional talents, as well as to strengthen our R&D and manufacturing competence, Starconn had the chance to co-worked with academic units to accomplish Talent Cultivation for Intelligent Manufacturing Project 2018, which was held by Industrial Development Bureau, MOEA. The academic units include the Department of Mechanical Engineering of NTUST, the Graduate Institute of Manufacturing Technology of NTUT and the Department of Mechanical Engineering of Chinese Culture University; three professors and sixteen students participated in this project from April 2018, the project focused on smart tooling and automation industry-academia collaboration, including three main topics: the simulation analysis of connector’s contact sliding motion under vibration, the dynamic simulation analysis of automated process, CAE simulation analysis of Progressive stamping. The theoretical study is the same important as the practical application. Except 60-hour courses, our team members spent 8 months conducting nine different special studies and practical operations by individual or in group. The whole research process was compact and tight, but fruitful. Hence, we honorably received the highest rank from Industrial Development Bureau, and got TWD 500,000 subsidies.
